We are a group of three London-based personal trainers who are experienced qualified fitness professionals. We pride ourselves in being friendly and approachable with the knowledge to help you achieve your fitness goals. We have a variety of backgrounds and expertise to help you succeed with your targets, whether it be weight loss or more sports specific.
Before we begin training with clients we provide an initial consultation where we take measurements and perform fitness tests. We will talk about goals, likes/dislikes and look at nutrition. This consultaion provides a starting point enabling us to track progress and ensure that we are achieving results. We tailor your training programme around your specific needs using a variety of training techniques. We can help to eliminate injuries while protecting you from new ones. Above all we make our work outs fun!
